The infamous writer, Oscar Wilde, who is also an October birthday boy, acknowledged himself as a lover of youth... Aren`t we all☺☺☺?! He once said: “To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.” Well, I can tell you ONE thing – our studio has come to life the last few weeks in a way I have never experienced before, and it`s NOT just because of the challenge. We have hosted many fitness challenges...There has been this indescribable, unstoppable atmosphere of excitement, joy, camaraderie and optimism among everyone – almost too special to put into words.

The classes are full to the brim, the new workout schedule just seems to WORK perfectly, the shorter workouts are intense and functional and the Power Pump class is a huge favourite. I really have to congratulate everyone, especially all the newbies in step class – you all just grabbed the choreography and moves and are already stepping like professionals!

Thank you for your patience with the limited parking space as well as the limited space in Power Pump class. Maybe that could become your inspiration to join the Monday morning 5 am class. (If someone had told me a year ago that 50 ZIVA barbell sets wouldn`t be enough, I would have had a fit of laughter.) You`ll find that we try to finish our 17:15 classes a bit earlier to make way for the 18:00 class members. Also, remember that the Challenge members only have first option for a barbell till 17:05 on a Tuesday afternoon, and on a Thursday morning until 7:20, and only until the 10th of November. Speaking of the Summer challenge – it is well under way, and I`m extremely proud of what everyone has accomplished so far...Good luck for the last stretch...

If you are so privileged to spend this short but sweet October holiday with your families, have an amazing time. It`s a well deserved break. For those of you who are around - All classes will continue as scheduled!

...Last, but not least – some food for thought...Every October we are all hit with the reality – the world we live in is an exhausting place. It is wearing and endlessly trying. But know what? We`re all more resilient than we think...There is always more love than we are capable of giving, more hope than we are capable of having, and more passion than we`re capable of unleashing. Sometimes we just don`t walk far enough down our own roads to reach the point where we`re seeing those actions pay off.

Don`t let the exhaustion stop you. Realize that none of us are inspired EVERY day. We all get discouraged. But we`re allowed to work on through those feelings. Just because you`re tired doesn`t mean you`re not making a change. Every person you have ever admired has had times where they felt defeated in the pursuit of their dreams. But that didn`t prevent them from reaching them. You`re allowed to stumble slowly towards your biggest transformations. It doesn`t always have to be a blazing, flagrant affair.

Some parts of life happen quietly. They happen slowly. They happen because of the small, careful choices that we make everyday, that turn us into better versions of ourselves. We have to allow ourselves the time to let those alterations happen. To watch them evolve. To not grow hopelessly frustrated in the in-between.

When you’re tired, go slowly. Go quietly. Go timidly. But do not stop. You are tired for all the right reasons. You are tired because you’re supposed to be. You’re tired because you’re making a change. You are exhausted for all the right reasons and it’s only an indication to go on. You are tired because you’re growing. And someday that growth will give way to the exact rejuvenation that you need.

Successful artist Terry Mark once said: “Even when you have every right to be tired of everything, NEVER be tired of living...Don`t stop when you`re tired, stop when you`re done”.
