
STEP CLASSES
Step is the kind of aerobic exercise that is unique in comparison to other forms of aerobics. This uniqueness primarily comes from your usage of the elevated platform that accounts for the "step" in step aerobics. A good thing about this form of exercise is that it can be tailored to your own height, no matter if you're short or tall. Step class is one of the favourite workouts at our studio, and all you need to master this fitness regime is patience. Once you get to know the steps and the cues, it becomes an awesome workout. It's the ultimate fat burner where your body works at 70% of its maximum heart rate, and you give more than 4000 steps without even knowing it! We stick to a step routine for a whole month, so the fewer classes you miss, the better. If you are new to step, it might be a good idea to attend our Step tutorial class on a Tuesday at 18.15. In this 30 minute class I teach newbies the different steps and it`s a helpful tool to become familiar with the step routine. If you like the upbeat music and energetic atmosphere, you`ll accomplish this muscle memory in no time! The intricate steps and choreography challenge your body and mind.
