In his book “Travels with Charley”, famous writer John Steinbeck says: “What good is the warmth of summer, without the cold of winter to give it sweetness…” Yeek, we ARE indeed going to appreciate the sweet warm summer this year a bit more. It`s almost as if we want to yell: “Hey winter, we`ve had some great times, we`ve laughed AND shivered, but I think it`s time we take a break…! You are a beauty to look at, but lately you`ve been coming on just a little too strong….”

And still we`ve had the busiest, liveliest July holiday EVER, and I`m so proud of everyone who has braved the darkness and cold weather to stick to their workout schedules.

For those of you who have missed our promotion on Facebook and in Insight newspaper, people who join before the end of July do not pay joining fee OR rejoining fee in the case of previous members! If you have a friend who is eager to join, now is the best time!

If you do not currently receive our weekly program on a Sunday afternoon, please check that I have your correct contact details on WhatsApp, and please make sure that you add me as a contact person to receive all info and broadcast messages.

People born in July are steady, charming, hard-working, lovable and determined. We are indeed soooo lucky to have you!!!

Our workout schedule with its plentiful sessions is back on track, and the only change in our morning schedule is on Thursday morning 5 am which now consists of a 45 min Yoga session followed by an optional 15-minute Kettlebell Quickie. If you are interested in trying a Booty Barre or Rhythm Pilates session – please contact me as those are the only sessions you have to book.

A huge thank you to Elanza, Sarita, Cecile, Doempie and Annelize for your commitment, punctuality and stunning classes! So privileged to have you!

Our WINTER CHALLENGE is already in week 11 of 13 – we are indeed almost there. Our prize giving ceremony and lucky draw will be on Thursday the 16th of August. Please take note that on that afternoon and evening there won`t be any of the usual workout sessions.

Our next challenge will start middle September and will be a short but sweet one – watch this space!

You can never quite tell where they will take you. Mine took me here, where I belong.

Today I really want to thank you all for all the positive energy you bring to our studio and for acting as if it`s a place where you feel at home and where YOU belong. It means the world to me. So many of you are prove that adding positivity inspire change. May you all keep on choosing, every day to take care of yourself and attract whatever you set your mind to accomplishing. Keep on believing that you can create what you want. For in the end it`s up to you and you alone to make your story one worth telling and one that will be remembered.
